AZFAB Fractionators Deliver Precision Fine Sand Classification

Producers seeking greater control over fine material production and consistency now have a powerful classification solution engineered for today’s high-performance wash plants. The AZFAB Fractionator, a single-station rising current classifier, delivers precise fine sand separations and reduces product loss while maintaining stable performance—even during variable feed conditions.

AZFAB Fractionators

AZFAB FractionatorsAutomated Classification with Consistent Results
The Fractionator uses controlled rising water currents to make clean separations of fine sand particles by size or gravity. This improves product quality and recovery in applications such as manufactured sand, concrete sand, industrial minerals, and fines recovery systems.
Automation features include precision pressure transducers, flow meters, a color touch-screen PLC, and a built-in web server for remote monitoring. The system integrates with SCADA/PLC plant controls.

Flexible Design for Wash Plant Integration
Seven model sizes (5–12 ft.) fit new builds or retrofits ahead of dewatering screens, hydro-cyclones, or other fines circuits.

Engineered and Assembled in the USA
Designed and assembled in Arizona and Texas and supported by over 60 years of combined experience. In affiliation with Crisp Industries, LLC, AZFAB provides turnkey wash plant solutions.
