Proven Masaba plants require minimal mobilization time; offer quick deployment and teardown
Masaba’s wide range of material handling and processing products includes portable systems for crushing, screening, and washing — giving you the strength and versatility you need for your application. Our proven road- and pit-portable plant chassis are designed for high productivity and quick setup/teardown, while meeting states’ travel weight requirements. Wheeled plants allow utilization of the largest crushing and screening units available, compared to track-mounted crushing and screening plants. For example, 36×50 jaw primaries, 500 HP cones, and 8×20 dual screens, with onboard and accessible conveyors, will maximize throughput for aggregate processing operations. Masaba plants are fabricated with quad-axle, stepped-frame chassis, providing strength and versatility. Screen Plants
We proudly partner with major crusher and screen brands. We can standardize a portable crushing or screening plant with components of the same company, or we can work with customers to build a fully customized plant, featuring elements from several different manufacturers. At Masaba, we stand behind all of our equipment with a five-year structural and two-year component warranty, and we are committed to providing customers with the best products and product support available in the market today.
