Ultra Sand Plants are a combination of a Sump, Pump, Hydrocyclone and Dewatering Screen, and are designed for a wide variety of applications from the dewatering of sand to being a key piece of a multistage wash system.
Due to the greater separation efficiency of Hydrocyclones/Separators™, Ultra Sand Plants are proven to deliver higher product yields than Fine Material Screw Washers. They also achieve a significantly lower moisture content from the dewatering screen, depending on the sand’s characteristics. This results in a product that can be used immediately, steeper stacker angles for increased stockpile capacity, reduced water loss, and improved housekeeping.
