Rogers Group Inc has confirmed its acquisition of Caldwell Stone, which strengthens its presence in the Kentucky construction materials market.
The US-based company has acquired Caldwell Stone Company, located in Danville, Kentucky. It will operate as part of the Rogers Group Inc network as Caldwell Stone.
Rogers Group Inc chief executive officer and president Jimmy Patton said its new acquisition was well-regarded for its reliability, safety, and strong community partnerships.
“We are excited to welcome the Caldwell Stone team into the Rogers Group family,” he said.
“Their strong community relationships, skilled workforce, and commitment to quality align with our values and mission. This addition allows us to better serve our customers and continue building strong infrastructure across the region.”
Caldwell Stone has developed its reputation as a key producer in Central Kentucky. The company has supported projects in road construction, commercial development, and local infrastructure from its Danville quarry. It joins Sterling Materials and Albany Quarry, Albany Asphalt, and Jamestown Stone (TN) as Kentucky-based acquisitions by Rogers Group Inc this year.
Rogers Group Inc is headquartered in Nashville, TN with a focus on crushed stone, sand, gravel, and asphalt. The company was established in 1908 and is one of the largest privately owned construction aggregate companies in the United States.
