Masaba Full Line of Conveying, Material Handling Equipment

Providing a single source for all conveying needs

Quality conveyors are critical to a mine’s success as it produces and processes material day in and day out. Masaba built its reputation over the past 63 years by designing and building strong, durable, productive conveyors that will reliably carry and deliver materials not only for mines and aggregate operations, but also a multitude of industries such as construction and demolition recycling, shiploading/unloading, concrete, asphalt, agriculture, and more.

Masaba
The Masaba Magnum Telescoping Conveyor is available in lengths from 100-ft to 195-ft. Available axle drive system configurations include folding axle, swing axle with hydrashift, and swing axle with chain and sprocket drive.

Magnum Telescoping Conveyor: Telescoping conveyors have been a game-changer for productivity and keeping material in spec. Masaba’s patented track drive design, now in its second generation, provides constant engagement and smoother operation of the stinger, improving long-term durability and minimizing maintenance. Lengths range from 100-ft to 195-ft, with various widths available.

Masaba Conveying EquipmentMasaba’s new Self-Contained Radial Stackers are ideal for remote locations, as they operate under their own power, thanks to an onboard diesel-powered hydraulic unit.

Self-Contained Stackers: Masaba road- and pit-portable Self-Contained Hydraulic Radial Stackers run under their own power, thanks to an onboard diesel-powered hydraulic unit, making them ideal for remote operations. These self-contained conveyors currently come in a standard belt width of 36 inches and lengths of 80 and 100 feet. They provide a capacity of 500 TPH at an 18° incline.

Masaba Conveying EquipmentMasaba’s highway- and pit-portable radial stackers take operators from stockpiling to road travel in minutes. Common lengths range from 60-ft to 125-ft, with various belt widths available.

Portable Radial Stackers: Highway- and pit-portable stackers take operators from stockpiling to road travel in minutes. Common lengths from 60-ft to 125-ft, with various belt widths available.

Roll-off and Stackable: Masaba roll-off transfer conveyors offer efficient portable transfer solutions. Easy unloading and fast setup make these road-portable conveyors the ideal tool for fast-paced mines. Standard roll-off and stackable sizes of 36-in x 60-ft, 36-in x 70-ft, and 3-pack stackable of 36-in x 60-ft.

Overland Conveyors: Overland conveyors reduce operating costs by minimizing energy or fuel costs and reducing the number of necessary transfer points. Masaba engineers work with producers to design the most durable, productive, and efficient overland conveyors, based on specific applications.
