Differential GPS Technology
The use of DGPS Technology is changing the world of blasting. Dyno Nobel has developed the first ever tagging and hole identification using Differential Global Position System (DGPS).
This exciting new technology can eliminate potential human error and speed up the blasting process through accurate tagging of blastholes. DGPS has a semi-autonomous tagging method and is capable of integration into future fully autonomous (robotic) deployment and tagging. When the blasthole GPS coordinates are not available, the DGPS Tagger can log hole positions and import them into our ViewShot 3D software.
