Dings Magnetic Head Pulleys are non-electric, self-cleaning permanent magnetic separators. They operate as head pulleys on conveyors, separating tramp iron and iron impurities from bulk conveyed material. Our magnetic head pulleys are designed for machinery protection and product purification. Dings manufactures three different strength models to accommodate varying burden depths and throughput volumes, Dings standard, heavy-duty and DFC Ultra. Dings DFC Ultra uses our unique Dings Flux Control (DFC) magnetic circuit design that provides a stronger, deeper, more uniform magnetic field than other designs. All of our magnetic head pulleys are shipped ready to install on your existing lines.
