The UniScreen vibrator assembly in conjunction with its unique suspension system provides a controlled stroke characteristic. This controlled stroke diminishes torsional stress to extend the life of the screen. It also creates a sharper snap to each stroke providing superior screening efficiency. The UniScreen has proven effective in some very difficult applications. Available with standard crowned decks or flat decks for modular urethane media, the UniScreen is extremely versatile, and exemplifies low-cost horizontal screening efficiency. • All-welded deck frames huck-bolted to precision-cut side plates with optional knockout plates for field installation of spray bars.
• Fully lined feed box with raised skirts to absorb shock loading and to spread the material over the full width of the screen.
• Heavy tension rails with spherical washers and clamp bolts to allow for optimum tension with a full range of media thickness.
• Longitudinal rails with crown bar rubber spaced to provide adequate crown and tensioning while also ensuring maximum open area for screening efficiency.
• Dual shaft vibrating mechanism with perfectly matched high alloy steel counter-weighted shafts and precision machined timing gears.
• Oscillating spring suspension provides for controlled linear stroke with minimal vibration transfer into the structure, superior spring life, and inherent start-stop dampening.
