The QI440HS is a heavy duty, tracked, self propelled impact crusher with an on board re-circulating system, double and double deck screen to allow two screened products to be produced. Additionally, the over size can be re-circulated back into the impactor, without re-handling, or the conveyor can be hydraulically rotated to produce a clean oversize product. The independent pre- screen allows for maximized scalping prior to feed to the impactor, and can produce a screened product from the side conveyor. True mobility is ensured as the QI440HS is constructed for ease of mobility with all conveyors being hydraulically foldable for quick transport and set up time. It also possesses the following exciting features: - Generous feed hopper capacity of 6 m³ (7.85yd³).
- Primary feeder is Hardox lined with a variable hydraulic drive speed for the toughest of materials.
