Rugged Dual Mechanism Inclined Screens
The Terex® Simplicity dual mechanism, two-bearing inclined screens are the rugged machines that you need for those heavy jobs. The dual 140mm mechanism is an alternative to the 160mm single shaft mechanism. This alternative extends bearing life on heavy-duty applications or increases speed on fine screen applications. This design is exceptionally tough. The screens are available in both two and three deck models in sizes ranging from 6’ x 20’ to 8’ x 24’.

Flexible Triple Mechanism Inclined Screens
The Terex® Simplicity triple mechanism, two-bearing inclined screen is designed tough to handle high capacity scalping jobs or still give good flexibility for fine screening. The Triple 140mm mechanism is an alternative to the 160mm dual mechanism which is limited in speed capabilities due to the large bore bearing. This alternative extends bearing life on heavy-duty applications or increases speed on fine screen applications. The screens are available in two, three and four deck models in our larger sizes from 8’ x 20’ to 8’ x 24’.
