Founded in 1921, Terex Simplicity has been one of the largest producers of heavy duty vibrating screens and feeders for the aggregate and mining industry for over 85 years.  We offer a wide range of screens and feeders in all types of configurations.  From scalping to sizing, no matter what your application, you can count on Terex Simplicity to have the right product to do the job. We offer a 24-hour emergency line to assist in keeping your plant running.  In addition, between extensive factory inventory and local on hand dealer stock, we maintain a large stock of spares and new equipment that can be delivered immediately.

Terex Simplicity is known for taking an open minded approach to custom engineering.  We work closely with our customer’s to design our equipment around your needs.  We will design and build to fit your unique application needs, and can customize units to fit your existing envelope.

Terex Simplicity is focused on continuous improvement of both our designs and processes.  Utilizing lean manufacturing processes for better efficiencies and adding 3D design and FEA capabilities; Terex Simplicity has made many improvements to ensure the needs of our customers are being met.   We are continually working on product updates including new user friendly drives, extra deck clearance, updated safety features and new product offerings.

Product Offering

• Inclined Screens:  The most common screen used today when sorting and sizing material.  Terex Simplicity configures our screens with one to four decks in sizes ranging form 3’ x 6’ to 8’ x 24’ wide and offer two-bearing, four bearing, dual mechanism, and triple mechanism screens.  Choose our four bearing to lower the amount of vibration transmitted from “shock loads” or for the heaviest of applications, a dual-mechanism will extend bearing life as well as increase capacities.

• Horizontal Screens: Designed to operate in both stationary and portable applications when load height and travel heights are restricted.  Available with one to three decks in sizes ranging from 4’ x 8’ to 7’ x 20’ drive mechanisms can be mounted above, below, or through the machine depending on the specific application. 

• Pan and Grizzly Feeders: Designed to handle run-of-mine and run-of-quarry material, our Feeders are designed to handle the toughest applications.  Feeder sizes range from 24” x 8’ to the largest in the industry 86” x 30’.

• Heavy-Duty Scalpers: Used in front of a crusher to perform coarse sizing, our scalpers help eliminate crusher surging and lowers wear by bypassing the already “at-size” material.  They provide a controlled high-capacity flow, and are available in a vast range of sizes in both two and four bearing designs.

• Portable Plants: These highly portable wheeled units allow quarry operators to move equipment from site to site.  These units are designed for quick set up and easy maintenance.  Our portables offer the same rugged design as our stationary plants. We offer the TXD620H for dry screening, the TXW516S, TXW616T and TXW620HT for wet screening and our TXR5624 Portable Rip Rap Plant.
