Process of the Production Line:
Large stones are transferred to the primary crusher through a vibrating feeder from the hopper for the initial crushing and then the crushed material is transferred to the impact crusher on the belt conveyor for a secondary crushing. The crushed material is then transferred to the vibrating screen and separated into various sizes. Aggregate with suitable sizes is then transferred to the final product pile and the larger aggregate is transferred to the impact crusher for re-crushing. The sizes of the final products are then graded and separated according to the customers’ requirements. A duster can also be attached for environmental protection.
